- Institutional (Custom): Custom model training, dedicated support, SLA guarantees, and bulk API access.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to machine learning models, algorithms, predictions, reports, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of Bellatrix Capital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithm used in the Service.
- You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond authorized API usage.
- Limited personal, non-commercial use of reports and predictions is permitted for account holders.
Limitation of Liability

Termination

- At our sole discretion for any reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or the Service must be filed within one year after such claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
