Our prediction pipeline collects real-time and historical market data, extracts over 100 engineered features (including technical indicators, sentiment signals, on-chain metrics, and macroeconomic factors), and feeds them into our multi-model ensemble. The ensemble combines gradient-boosted trees (XGBoost, LightGBM), neural networks, and other algorithms to generate directional predictions with confidence scores. Models are retrained regularly to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Predictions on the free tier are delayed by several hours compared to real-time delivery for paid tiers. You can upgrade to Pro Trader at any time to unlock real-time signals, API access, and email/SMS alerts.

Our platform displays real-time prices for both cryptocurrency and US stock markets. Crypto prices are sourced from major exchanges via WebSocket connections and updated every few seconds. US stock prices are fetched from reliable market data APIs during market hours (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday). The live price ticker bar at the top of the dashboard shows current prices with real-time percentage changes compared to the previous close.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid tier features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free Starter tier. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. If you have any issues, contact our support team.

For cryptocurrency markets (which trade 24/7), new predictions are typically generated every morning based on the latest data. For US equities, predictions are updated before market open.
