Quantitative Researcher (ML/Finance)
Research Full-Time Remote

Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for financial market prediction. You'll work on our core prediction engine — researching novel architectures, engineering features, and running experiments to push model accuracy and robustness.

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in CS, Statistics, Physics, or quantitative field
  • 3+ years experience with ML in finance or trading
  • Strong Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch)
  • Experience with time-series forecasting
  • Deep understanding of financial markets
  • Published research or Kaggle competition track record a plus
Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React)
Engineering Full-Time Remote

Build and scale the web platform that delivers our predictions and analytics to users. You'll own full features end-to-end — from API design and database schema to interactive frontend dashboards with real-time data visualization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years professional full-stack development
  • Strong Node.js/Express backend experience
  • Modern React with hooks and state management
  • Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket protocols
  • Familiarity with data visualization (D3.js, Chart.js)
  • PostgreSQL or MongoDB experience preferred
Data Engineer (Python/Pipeline)
Data Full-Time Remote

Design and maintain the data pipelines that power our ML models and real-time analytics. You'll work with market data feeds, feature engineering pipelines, model training workflows, and ensure data quality and reliability at every stage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years data engineering or ML engineering
  • Advanced Python (pandas, NumPy, asyncio)
  • Experience with ML pipelines (MLflow, Airflow, or similar)
  • Real-time data processing and streaming architectures
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with financial data sources and APIs a plus
UI/UX Designer
Design Full-Time Remote

Shape the visual identity and user experience of the Bellatrix Capital platform. You'll design intuitive interfaces for complex financial data, create component systems, and ensure the platform is beautiful, accessible, and a joy to use.

Requirements

  • 3+ years UI/UX design for web applications
  • Expert Figma proficiency with component and design systems
  • Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or fintech products
  • Strong grasp of accessibility and responsive design
  • Portfolio demonstrating dark-themed or financial UI work
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design-to-code handoff
